Never heard of this website, but the lawyer's name is real name, so probably true story.

July 2021. Elderly woman accompanied by son went to see doctor. She was not vaxxed for COVID. Doctor told her she should get the vax, she said she didn't want it. Doctor claimed the son was playing a role in his mother's vax rejection, and accused him of elder abuse. Afterwards, the doctor wrote notes claiming elder abuse suspicion. Son hired disabled advocate lawyer Todd Callender.

Too long to quote the conversations here. See link below. The page may time out after a few minutes, but you can reload to continue reading.

What Happens When An Elderly Woman Rejects The COVID "Vaccine" From A Prominent NYC Doctor?

Long story, short so people don’t have to go wade through the convoluted story at a semi-sketchy site:
  • Dr wanted to give Covid vax
  • Elderly mother refused vax
  • Dr decided son was unduly influencing mom to not get vax
  • Dr checked. mom for signs of elder abuse
  • Dr found no such signs
  • Dr nonetheless wrote in Mom’s records that he was suspicious of elder abuse
  • This made son and mother unhappy
  • Demands made to remove note
  • Demands not met
  • Lawyer hired
  • Lawyer sends letter demanding note removed
  • Eventually mother allowed to write official letter to be placed in record disputing Dr’s notes
  • Dr’s notes and Mom’s letter are both still in medical records
Not sure the purpose of posting this thread but this seems like a good time to remind people that you are always legally entitled to have a complete copy of your medical records and probably should if something feels off - although, be forewarned that you may have to pay for them, so ask how much it will cost.

Sounds like it was narrated from the perspective of the son. I suspect the Doctor would have a somewhat different perspective. But, whatever. The Doctor gave his advice and they didn't take it. Next patient.

The DOCTOR was visibly agitated. He instantly barked at both G and her SON to hike their masks up all the way over their noses or else he would call security on them and have both them escorted out of HOSPITAL X.

Mother and SON obliged, adjusting their respective masks.

The doctor at that point contemptibly looking from mother back to SON. He then turned to G and admonishingly ordered her, “G, you have to get the Covid vaccine. You have to do it now. It’s for your own protection and for the protection of others.”
Aren't the first and third paragraphs above showing how inconsistent the doctor is? If the vaccine is good "for the protection of others", why was he, a vaccinated person, so agitated that they were not wearing the masks properly in front of him?

Dr's are always trying to give vaccines to my mom. She refuses them all, covid, flu, shingles, even tetnus. Now that she's in her 90's and I'm taking her to her appointments they always look at me when she says no like I'm the problem, or the solution, but I'm not. I'm just her transportation.

She outlived the vast majority of the vaxxers, just let the doc know that next time they try to push a vaccine on a 90+ year old woman!

Very dramatic and precise retelling of this story.

Why would they block out the lawyer's firm but not his name.

Oh wait the lawyer is an anti-vaxxer -- very public anti-vaxxer.

Could the story be true -- we will never know...but it makes for a good little bait piece on the woes of being an anti-vaxxer.

I was cut off medical care from the asthma doctor after he found out that I wasn't going to get the shots. I have no idea what he told the people at Medicaid, but they are refusing to allow me to have anything other than a rescue inhaler now. They have to approve any medicine I can get. I was on a lot of medicine to control the asthma. I have almost died from asthma attacks.

The medical establishment punishes you for rejecting the shots.

Boy an awful lot of details from the son's perspective, who writes like that:

Quote:
doctor was visibly agitated, doctor at that point contemptibly, doctor hissed, doctor take aback, son edged forward in chair,,,,
Did they have a court stenographer documenting their speech, movements and tone.

Why did they go to the doctor if she wasn't going to take the vaccine.

Many lawyers are partners at more than 1 firm. Perhaps the firm in question didn't want the publicity. Either way, if this story is fake, I don't see the benefits they get from redacting the firm but not the lawyer's name.

I'm sure details were embellished to make it a good read.
