Yeah, guilty of protesting on federal grounds.
A pity those who'd "protested" the Kavanaugh hearings and the federal, state, local buildings across the country and at the homes of the SC justices, etc., weren't also imprisoned for a year or so, then found guilty and sentenced for protesting. Many of those crimes are still within statute, should the government persecute them, too?

Yeah, he was a jerk for saying that to her. Just like she was in seeking her revenge on him.
Imo, he was guilty of trespassing on federal grounds and saying mean things while there.
Apparently, he'd done no damage while there so he should have gotten the same as blm antifa had gotten when they "protested" on federal, state and local grounds but also didn't harm people or buildings, which is nothing.
Those who'd actually done damage to people or to the building, or attempted to, are a different story, no matter which side of the aisle.

He plead guilty could have gone to trial he didn't he admitted he was guilty.
yeahhh...either take what is offered or spend decades in prison...basically for protesting on federal property and saying mean things.
If that is true what you say he should have let a jury decide if he was only protesting on federal property yet he didn't. He stood up in court said, "I'm guilty of obstructing an official proceeding".
He plead guilty could have gone to trial he didn't he admitted he was guilty.
Sure. Go to trial in FEDERAL COURT in Washington DC with a jury made up of 100% Democrat supporters? Yeah, that would have been a real smart thing to do. Get a clue!
