Wow, it's surprising to see this kind of racist reaction from NYC of all places! I thought ultra liberal NYC was pro illegal immigrant? A sanctuary city no less. So why are they now refusing to take illegals? NYC liberals vote for policies that cause and exacerbate illegal immigration, so they should happily volunteer to take these illegals, since they voted for it after all!
If Biden hadn't halted funding for the border wall, they probably wouldn't be coming across the border in mass waves like they are today.
Democrats refuse to accept the consequences for what they voted for.
