The UK has been a good ally to the US, and during the war on terror 636 British service personnel died, along with 143 civilians, this was more than the rest of Europe combined.
The Queen is Commander and Chief, and met with those injured or killed supporting the US led War on Terror, the Queen also ordered the US national anthem to be played at Buckingham Palace and the flag to be flown at half mast.
I know the US is not part of the Commonwealth, however we are still allies, and you expect some degree of respect, in relation to our Head of State.
Here is a more reflective video made by an American couple living in Britain. They only made one real mistake in the video, and that was the flowers in relation to the late Diana, were mainly placed at Kensington Palace and not Buckingham Palace, however the couple are both a credit to the US, which they serve.

A TV analyst estimated the coverage would attract ‘billions’ of people across the world. An estimated 2.5bn people watched the funeral of Diana, Princess of Wales 25 years ago.
The current world record was set in 1996 when 3.6bn people watched Muhammad Ali light the Olympic torch in Atlanta.

An interesting story about the Queen, was when she met Putin back in 2003, and Blind Home Secretary David Blunkett's Guide Dog Sadie wouldn't stop barking at Putin.
Mr Blunkett later apologised to the Queen, only to be told 'dogs have interesting instincts, don't they?'.
In terms of Westminster Abbey, it will house 2,000 people in terms of the Funeral Service, including family members, world leaders, politicians, monarchs and royals from other countries, religious leaders, public figures and those who worked with the Queen.
Millions of people are expected to turn up to line the funeral route, which will start in London before heading to Windsor.

While distasteful in my view, this is a private organization and private citizens and not representative of much of anything. Flags all throughout the country have been flown at half-mast on occasion of the Queen's passing and will remain so until through today. Every national US government leader has offered their condolences and Biden is in London on occasion of the funeral. In short, plenty of respect has been paid by the government (and public) on occasion of the Queen's passing. Some chants by crowds at a UFC event doesn't take away from any of this and is not an official representation of the government, much like private citizens in the UK who are against the monarchy and were celebrating the death of the Queen (like the woman in Scotland who celebrated with chants of "Lizard Liz is dead" and "London Bridge has fallen": https://www.theargus.co.uk/news/2136...-queens-death/).

I'll watch/read about the highlights after the fact. RIP.
HUGE crowds, all the way from Westminster to Windsor 20 miles+, tens of millions watching in pubs and on big screens across the nation. I've NEVER seen a crowd like it, not for anything ever, no not even for Diana. I imagine there are many dictators and other heads of state on this planet that can only dream of an outpouring of love like that! Kim Jong Un perhaps, but only because his people get shot if they don't show devotion!
