Oh, please. You're saying an officer in the process of arresting a suspect is going to move himself and the suspect closer to the photographer just so he can arrest him as well?

The law states the officer has to give a verbal warning to the photographer to move back. If the photographer fails to move, only then can the officer do anything.

So much hyperbole.

It ups everyone’s game.
And, I hope they cuff video folks as soon as they pull out their phones. Put these people right in jail in the same cell as the perpetrator. That way they can get to know each other real well.
