Many women have to give up school, many women lose jobs and or promotions at work as a result of remaking pregnant. The only comparison is you aren’t forced to get an abortion or take a vaccine.
You also volunteer for sex, whether you use birth control, and pick the man -- deadbeat or one who would and by and raise a child. You know before having sex whether it fits the life you want. If it doesn't then you are an idiot for putting yourself in that position.

If a state bans abortion you can travel to a nearby state for a few days and get one. If an employer tells you that you have to choose between your job and the vaccine you may have to actually move to another state to get another job.

We’re getting off topic. It’s a choice no matter the consequences. Unlike abortion most people can find another job in their home state.
