I think that Godwin's law has come to the fore in this thread.

I don't have "blind faith" in anything, and you didn't answer the question.

This type of action is a threat top all US citizens

What a steaming pile of nonsense. "This type of action"? Serving subpoenas?

Is your answer to my question a "yes" or a "no", then?

Yes, in this case serving subpoenas.

It's unfortunate that this sort of "Head in the Sand" attitude is so prevalent in many parts of society today.

I don't expect to change your mind, but at least take a step back. Try to see the forest through the trees, and think about the bigger picture. Why all this is being done now? Hint, it is not just because this is where the "investigations" are leading.

BTW, The DOJ is largely staffed by Conservative leaning people.
And in charge by a leftist name Merrick Garland

I thought you wanted DOJ should investigate people possibly violated federal laws?

I said investigate claims, not investigate people. If the local PD gets an anonymous tip that someone broke a local law - you'd expect them to go talk to the accused person to get their side of the story. Why is this different?

Subpoenas and search warrants aren't issued for "possibly violating law".

Well, the MAL search warrant happened when it did becuase team Trump signed an affidavit saying "We gave it all back. No more here."

I have no idea what led to the timing of these subpoenas. You got any evidence or just wild speculation?
