There is substantial evidence regarding the January 6th insurrection. There are those who were in Trump's close orbit at that time. Had they not been, they would not have gotten subpoenas. Regular run-of-the mill people who are not affiliated with people who break the law or incite violence to overturn an election are not issued subpoenas.
