Quote:
“Fentanyl is cheap to produce, deadly in very small amounts, and is everywhere. This is a chemical weapon,” said Attorney General O’Connor. “The problem increased dramatically when the Biden administration opened our southern border. Now fentanyl is pouring into the United States and devastating entire communities. President Biden needs to take swift action to classify fentanyl as a Weapon of Mass Destruction and to cut off the source. We have to fight this deadly epidemic.”

In a letter sent today, Attorney General O’Connor joins the other attorneys general in calling for the president to name fentanyl a WMD. This action would require the Department of Homeland Security and the Drug Enforcement Administration to coordinate a response with other agencies, including the Department of Defense. As it is now, the Biden administration only treats the substance as a narcotics control problem.

... Attorney General O’Connor joins the attorneys general of the following states and territories in signing the letter: Florida, Connecticut, Arkansas, Guam, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Will Biden* or congress do that? It's doubtful that they will, since it would mean that they'd have stop the illegals from freely crossing the border.

Not so much a wmd but a hazmat.

If any recreational optional use drug is to be considered a wmd then the junkies should be classified as terrorists not criminals when arrested. Same for the smugglers and dealers because they are handling a deadly and dangerous substance.

Yes a WMD. I don't know why people don't see this for what it is. China is trying to poison and kill as many Americans as possible. Used to attack us and with the lethality of the drug it is both a weapon and has caused mass destruction. What else is there to discuss?

Why? It's good stuff. A permanent free supply should be offered to all hardcore leftists in the US. Just a drop'll do ya. Best high you've ever had, lefties.

No. China should be classified as a WMD.

Should we at least wait until someone uses it for a terrorist act and puts it into a towns water supply or something, and it kills even more people than it already has been doing? Or not even classify it as a WMD after something like that happens?

Whether Biden* or congress will see it the same way as you and others do. I have serious doubts that they will even if it didn't involve illegals.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here. Just throwing this out there.

Maybe it's a viable means of population control. Like abortion.

No, because then our government, the fbi, our military, etc, will never be able to find it ever again.
