We are talking about the McDonald’s headquarters, not your average store.

So far Chicago has lost Boeing, Caterpillar and Citadel. McDonalds sent a stark warning.

And to those of you saying Lightfoot needs to go, if she does, they will just vote in another woke Democrat. The local message boards defend the crazy.

Here's what some of these cities are doing "on the quiet".

The park benches are getting metal armrests put in the center or 2 armrests spaced apart.
The left are seeing this and calling it "hostile design".
It's not built to discourage "public use"; it's built to discourage the homeless from making it their beds.

Reyes is talking about an international urban design trend known as hostile design. Also called hostile architecture or defensive architecture, hostile design is architecture intentionally built to discourage public use.

..
“A city that is hostile to the homeless in its laws is, I think, more likely to have designs that reflect that hostility,” he said.

He should move McDonald's to Florida or Texas. Those states have no problem attracting talent.

"You can'ts leave! Whur Ima gonna get muh Nuggets? Muh McRib?"

-- Mayor "McCheese" Lori Lightbrain

So McDonald's CEO seems to think there is a problem with Chiraq, despite the fact that he likely voted D in the last election. Eventually, one of these CEO's is going to go out on a limb and outline to the useful idiots that D policy is not conducive to success. D policy gets you political inbreeds like Becky Obama, Biden, Harris, Nancy ".09" Pelosi, etc, etc, etc.

The irony is that I agree 100% with what he says. No key exec in their right mind would want to relocate their family to Chiraq. I'm sure it is very difficult to even get mid-level people to move to the McD's HQ. Now, let's hope their critical thinking game takes hold of them, and they start to realize what the actual problem is.

"“It’s more difficult today for me to convince a promising McDonald’s executive to relocate to Chicago from one of our other offices than it was just a few years ago,” he said. “It’s more difficult for me to recruit a new employee to McDonald’s, to join us in Chicago than it was in the past.”

In the article Starbucks also weighed in on the matter.

Don't forget that Ken Griffin is relocating Citadel LLC to Miami, after 30 years in Chiraq. He was one of the CEOs who tried to get elected officials to pay attention to the crime situation. Now, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund is leaving Chicago, taking with it 100s of great paying jobs.

Even the local NBC (Nuffin' But Crime) pointed out the flight out of Chiraq. Yet, stupid people will do the same stupid things and expect different results. That's why Dems like 'em dumb.

Texas Tribune is a worthless POS paper. And hostile design is actually beneficial design. If these nutters really want to help the homeless then they could support more mental hospitals and longterm housing for people with mental health issues. And do something that would make the drug users be arrested and sent to rehab. They have got to stop enabling them to death.

That's just the tip of the iceberg. The homeless camps start fires start and petty crime goes up and they demand the homeless camps get shut down in order to "protect the homeless".

They never come out with the truth..."we don't want them in our neighborhood".

The only way blue voters and blue politicians will learn their lesson is if they see their cities crumble. So if McDonald's has to close half their stores in the Chicago area, so be it. Maybe eventually the Democrats will actually believe in enforcing the law and fighting crime to some degree and these cities will stop collapsing in on themselves.

They're just going to end up blaming it on the guns and trying to restrict our gun rights but that's not going to work. None of the red States will comply with any federal mandates.
