You mean the Democrats are cheating at another election? Shocking, not.

As if they couldn't win fair and square in New York of all places? Sad.

...Still, it is legal in New York state for political parties or candidates to use publicly available registration records to fill in absentee ballot applications for voters to then sign and return to the state Board of Elections, election law experts told The Post Monday...

If the GOP has such an issue with it, what are they doing to get NYS election law changed on that topic?

Since the Democrats have absolute power in NY state, what do you think the GOP should do about it. Sick Letitita James on the NY Democrat Party? I'm sure she'll go after her fellow Democrats just as aggressively as she's gone after Trump.

Hilarious. It's the GOP's responsibility to fix the laws the Democrats are using to cheat, even when the GOP does not control the Governor's office, the AG's office, the NY House, or the NY Senate.

You guys embarrass yourselves. But the postings here are an impressive resume if you hope to get a job in the one-party totalitarian nation the Democrats hope to achieve one day. They already have one-party totalitarian states in places like CA and NY, as this thread and your contribution to it proves.

That's the thing. One party rule. That's what they want. Same problem in California.

It winds up like an executive surrounding themselves with yes men & women and they wind up getting blinded by their own ambition ie don't see or refuse to admit there are problems, different options or real opposition.

In the meantime ballot harvesting or variations of it like this pre fill will continue.

This is perfectly legal. I've seen many of these. Often distributed by churches.

Poll workers can tell the difference between these sample ballots and a real one. For one thing, the signature is a dead give-away.

NY is a democratic state just like Texas is a republican state.... it is the political choice of each state and there is no dictatorship in it... even without this law, NY would remain a democratic stronghold... Democrats just decided to facilitate the way for poorer voters who they think hold votes to access the polls... there is nothing illegal about that...

Or... use the same tactics with their own lists.

Republicans should just blatantly and boldly cheat. Just do it. No apologies, no excuses, nothing.
Just go out there and cheat, whatever it takes.
And if caught, either lie, deflect and distract or completely ignore.
