Yeah the problems people associate with "Dem cities" is really just what happens when a place becomes so desirable that you get the problems you have when you have so many people in one place.
Which tends to end up electing those who
say they want to do something about those problems rather than those who think all government is bad and then lead by example. But root problem is still number of people and limited resources.
