This is all about harassment and trying to convey a corrupt image of Trump to voters. They know they won't be able to prosecute him on anything. What they are attempting to accomplish here is to sway the right's confidence in Trump so they won't vote for him in 2024. It's character assassination. Create doubt, fatigue and suspicion in as many voters as they can. The plan is backfiring because each failed attempt only exposes these corrupt swamp creatures for who they really are and what Trump said they were all along.

Too bad some here won't look at the illegality of what Trump has done and how he has brought all this on himself with the fraud he has committed. Thankfully, he's in the court system now, and hopefully justice will prevail.

Nope. AGs don't file lawsuits to assassinate character. That's not how the court system works.

No, but the fact that she filed this lawsuit tells me she has evidence. You can read her filing if you'd like. Or not.

LMAO!!!!! political AG that ran her campaign to nail Trump is not to assassinate character and not for politics?????? She ran to get the job to get Trump. It was a campaign promise. She had to file something for her run at governor later.

I would agree that this is somewhat politically motivated but that does not mean laws were not broken. I would think it would be pretty easy to determine if property values were over inflated or not. That is something that is not open to interpretation. We will see how this plays out but I doubt any New Yorker is surprised by this.

The court will not entertain just "something" from the AG. That's not how it works.
