I've maintained literally from the day it happened that he's going to be charged with some flavor of manslaughter, depending on local laws. The details are clear.

It was only about a month ago that the FBI announced their findings that the revolver was functioning correctly, which places 100% of the responsibility on Baldwin. No more outs.

This piece makes it look a lot like the Baldwin footprint is being reduced to a single property in Vermont, and maybe an apartment in NYC. Reading the article through the lens of his legal situation, it looks like they're tying up loose ends in preparation for an extended Baldwin vacation.

He's going to go to jail.

SNL is writing a season premiere skit based on the incident right now.

I want SNL or someone to diss Baldwin for accidently shooting someone. He tore Trump apart on SNL, but he made an even bigger boo boo. Its just too bad the victim's family will be affected, so no one can touch upon it.

I honestly believe it was nothing more than a tragic accident.
He’s still and always was, a douche.

"If only that film lady was like my wife, a good Spanish woman who knows her place is in the kitchen, cutting.....how you say......coocombers?"

The law is pretty explicit whoever is holding the gun is responsible for its actions. He'll probably be charged with 2nd degree manslaughter and get away with probation and a fine.

It's not official - yet - but it's looking like I've been right all along.

Hopefully he'll be doing his old SNL anti-Trump skits in Cell Block H during inmate talent nights from now on.

He can go to hell as far as I'm concerned.
