Sidney Powell the kraken was ordered to appear has failed to show up to testify before a grand jury in Fulton County Georgia. This could lead to an arrest warrant issued by the judge.
Also back in June Texas Judge refused to dismiss a disciplinary action by the State Bar of Texas against Sidney Powell. I can only see this leading to disbarment for her.

The election systems breach in Coffee County, Ga., where Trump campaign lawyers worked with a forensic data firm to obtain voter data.
Possible charges:
”Solicitation to commit election fraud” is a felony.
Attempting to “interfere with, hinder, or delay” election administrators’ work is a misdemeanor.
It illegal under Georgia law to “knowingly or willingly” make false or made up statements or to present “false writing or documents” to state officials or as authentic. It is also illegal to conceal or cover up any information to state officials.
Under Georgia’s anti-racketeering law, it is illegal to coordinate criminal acts through an organization or to do so to gain control of an enterprise.
Ms. Powell is in hot water for sure but all of these post election fraud cases make me wonder. Is the refusal to cooperate in investigations, court cases & the like worse now after Mr. Trump’s failures (in at least 60 cases) to overturn the election?

I didn't think a grand jury subpoena was optional.
CNN previously reported that Latham escorted operatives working with former Trump lawyer Sidney Powell through the front door of the elections office on January 7, 2021. The new footage appears to undercut previous claims by Latham that she was not “personally involved” in the breach.

Apparently it was (& still is) a part of their (harebrained) plan to ‘deconstruct (destroy) the government’ by hook or by crook.
Fresh from a double contempt of Congress conviction linked to his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection, Steve Bannon is now calling on “4,000 shock troops” to “deconstruct” the federal government “brick by brick.”

Refusal to cooperate with the disciplinary process is in itself an ethical violation for lawyers.
This woman should be disbarred from practicing law for the rest of her life. She has embarrassed herself and the profession of law with her actions.
DOJ is also looking into all the fund raising they did. Stop the Steal PAC money was likely diverted to their own pockets if that is the case with Powell she could end up like Steve Bannon without a pardon. She is being disbarred, sued by Dominion, and criminally investigated by states and feds. This will send a message to attorney's in the future who get involved making false claims of election fraud. Candidates making claims of election fraud is one thing but licensed attorneys and elected officials taking illegal action based on false claims should be prosecuted and disbarred.
