I dont understand. You posted that violations of the FACE act are a federal crime, the FBI is the agency that persecutes federal crimes, who did you think was coming to arrest the guy? If the FBi used forcer above whats legal then thats a crime they should report them. The guy will get his day in court where he can make any claims he wants, but this is how it works.

From what he apparently did, I would expect him to be subpoenaed to appear in court on whatever charges are appropriate. Arrested? No. Visited by the local police? Yes. Raided by an FBI swat team? He/She is talking about people who are commiting a crime, physically blocking access to medical care and assaulting people in the process, thats not people who have a "different" opinion.
