Does it make sense why Russia has stopped selling gas to Europe even before the pipelines blew up?

Not selling gas due to sanctions and blowing up your own gas station to avoid a fine are two different things.

They didn't blow up their own gas station. They blew up the delivery lines that weren't being used anyway. And if this was a nefarious plan by the US to stop the EU from being energy dependent on Russia, why did we wait to do this now? We could have done this perhaps 10 years ago.

Default Is The US Responsible For the Sabotage of NS-1 and 2?

There are very few nations who would benefit from the destruction of these pipelines, the US is one of them.

Has the boob in the White House just possibly initiated the end of the US? If we are responsible, it's probable that no one would stand with us.

Has the Ukraine called in it's chits with regard to its bribing of Biden and his feckless son?

I believe it was Russia and China because they are terrible enough countries to do something like that and why would they benefit? Minerals for batteries. the future of energy. Also their way of screwing over the west.

It's speculative at this point, but I'm skeptical that it would be the Biden administration since the same result is being accomplished through sanctions. My WAG would be a mercenary action in support of Ukraine.

That would be the American point of view but if you ask people in some other countries you might get a different answer. We have done some terrible things in the past.

Russia had no reason to do it. If they want to stop the flow of gas to Europe they can just shut off the spigot - they control it.

Logically, it almost has to be the US, either directly or "by providing support to" Ukraine.

"Gas station" is just a metaphor. The lines were going to be used for the winter.

The pipelines allow gas to be piped to Germany without transiting through Ukraine or Poland. The damage means that they are unlikely to be able to carry any gas to Europe this winter even if the political will to bring them online emerged, according to analysts.

Biden, is on record, stating he won't allow Nord Stream to happen.

Video of President Joe Biden saying that he would "end" the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline has resurfaced after Nord Stream 1 and 2 were damaged in what's been described as an act of sabotage.
