Deadly motel shooting in Jackson, Mississippi. And Jackson is closing in on 100 murders (September isn't even over yet). Jackson's population is under 150,000.
Dems are deliberately letting criminals loose because they know that they will then go out and commit more crimes and will then use the rise in violent crime to justify new gun laws and then take a victory lap, while the media lap dogs celebrate.
Their end goal is to gain more power and place more restrictions on the populace.

This is how they work.
I disagree. Democrats are easing up on criminals out of a misguided desire to level the playing field. I think about politicians letting criminals out on their own recognizance. They do this because they figure "those who can't afford bail will be stuck in prison". They don't get that they are unleashing a pandora's box. These woke types are inept and won't admit it.

It doesn't happen in every city of America though - just in certain cities. Neither Birmingham or Jackson is known for being safe, at least in the southeastern part of the country. Their suburbs are mostly fine - it's the inner cities that are so dangerous. The Birmingham area is much larger than the Jackson area, but I think Jackson is the worst by far. And don't forget Memphis and New Orleans.
