Interesting, as you constantly complain about him

Before the hurricane, you saw a lot of DeSantis talking and planning and preparing for it. Looked good, good optics or whatever. I mean, that's what you want to see, but you don't know if it's just talk. (I didn't think it was because I've seen his performance so far.) Well, I'm shocked at how much progress has been made already; the bridge, getting the power back on. Amazing.

It is being worked on now.

"The emergency repairs being done now will offer a safe passage for immediate access and will also be incorporated into long-term repair plans," FDOT said in a statement. "This means that repairs being done now will tie into work that will be needed for permanent repairs."

SANIBEL, Fla. — The Florida Department of Transportation is expediting the process to restore the Sanibel Causeway, with eyes towards reopening the bridge by the end of October.

Also, the bridge to Pine Island was repaired in three days.

Why is he mean? He’s mean because he’s going to destroy your President Brandon in 2024?

That’s President DeSantis for you.

Young, energetic, articulate, competent, and doesn’t crap in his pants like the current houseplant in chief

I was totally impressed with his ability to phone up the President and ask for aid. THAT was amazing.

And hopefully first thing he does as president will be to strip down and clean out the DOJ and FBI and CIA so they can’t be weaponized against him.

I’m hoping if the Rs get congressional majority, they can start that ^^^ process in January
