so lets score this:

1) some people or person posted a study that was done.
2) you said it was false with no corroborating evidence. heckfire, in all the talking point links you DID post, it does not even address the main points - but I get that. searching the wayback machine here, I find that you are yet ANOTHER poster that posts links without reading them
3) you made incorrect comments, duly noted of course, about nys election law.
4) I refuted every one of them
5) you pretended you cannot read - which I do not believe at all - I think you can read words, comprehension is not a strong suit.
6) so I gave you the requested link to NYS election law so you can READ it to us.
7) you pretended again.

did I leave anything out?

all we have learned from your participation is you live in un-thruthing, and when you get caught...you go off the rails.

In the latest news regarding last nights elections, The Socialist Democrats not only keep the house but are now the super majority in both chambers in an amazing record Socialist voter turn out of 726 million voters. A record that will ring thru the anals of history as a clear message that our election system works for all proud Americans. Sadly, other parties appeared to have not been as engaged with only a meager 42,000 votes being cast across the country.

I bet you on the dead! I thought it was peculiar that in 2020, I had gotten a mail in voters registration for my father, and not only has he been dead since 2011, he also could never vote because he was a felon. When that stuff came, I just knew this election was going to be wacky. Now this was in Florida, and thank goodness we didn't turn back then. But these past 2 years the population in Florida exploded. The neighborhood where most of my rental properties are located, most of the rednecks have sold their homes and they were bulldozed and replaced with either 4 tiny homes or an apartment complex, and the new residents are all immigrants (mostly Haitian) and they brag how the Biden administration moved them there and they are getting free rent, food and money to buy new cars. Makes me worried that this influx of new residents will turn FL blue.

OMG, please tell me you are not this ignorant? There is a big difference between an ID to show to vote, or to buy beer or to get into a court house and papers to prove you got some experimental injection. Totally different things, and in case of the vaccines, all it takes is a waver from a doctor or religious exemptions to literally exempt a person from having to take them. Nice try though!

I got not one, not 2 but *3* for my 16 year dead grandmother. I have the same name as her husband and own the place she lived in so I STILL Get her mail

I had to complain to the clarion county board to get them to 'mark' her entry as inelligible. (you never really LEAVE the rolls in PA and even death is not an automatic)

Their claims have been unsubstantiated in the past and there is no verification of their claim. This is the conservative focus, remove legitimate voters off the roll and they will win. This isn't going to happen in NY, use Breitbart for your voice all you want, no legitimate news source would entertain this garbage.

Removing legitimate voters so they can win is a shady strategy. ‘Voter List Maintenance’ becomes Voter purging.

Expanding the shady strategies to justify outlandish claims of voter fraud in an attempt to invalidate recent elections is, well, outlandish. As well as extraordinary.

Using the ‘Sagan standard’ (ECREE) that "extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence", Mr. Trump & his allies failed to enlist the courts to overturn election results via at least 60 lawsuits.

The Courts will require Judicial Watch & PILF to ‘put up or shut up’ when it comes to using outlandish claims of voter fraud to overturn elections, just as they required Mr. Trump & his allies to do so in their failed lawsuits.

For the reasonable folks out there, there is no simple way for states to go about removing outdated registrations. Here is an example of a settlement when a simple solution to removing outdated registrations by cross checking with DMV records failed:

ACLU OF KANSAS SETTLEMENT PUTS “CROSSCHECK” OUT OF COMMISSION FOR FORESEEABLE FUTURE; PROGRAM SUSPENDED UNTIL SAFEGUARDS ADDED

https://www.aclukansas.org/en/press-...future-program

We do not have a national database of registered voters, or a national ID system that lets states immediately confirm eligibility or track residency changes. This is the underlying or root cause of why there is no simple solution to state by state voter list maintenance. Purging legitimate voters is not an acceptable solution to this problem.

All you need to do is get the voter list for your own precinct and verify who ives at what address and if they voted. The first time i did was 58 years ago. And still am doing it.

In 1964 10 people who lived on 7 vacant lots in San Antonio, Tx voted.

Now days it's just one address with multiple families registered. Two families moved, but never notified the county when the registered someplace else.

If the precinct is too big to handle, split it up, blocks or subdivisions, etc.

In many cases the funeral home will notify Social Security when someone dies. A relative died a year ago. He was in hospice care so the funeral home notified SS. But from there, the credit reporting agencies were also notified, as were the banks where he had an account. His wife could not get money from their joint account until she provided a death certificate. It was a real PITA.
I think I understand what you are saying here. However some of the folks concerned with ‘voter fraud’ created an extraordinary & outlandish method of ‘correcting’ the problem via flawed & discriminatory voter purge lists.

Their ‘remedy was worse than the disease’ so to speak.
“After months of litigation, the state has finally agreed to do what we’ve demanded from the start — a complete withdrawal of the flawed and discriminatory voter purge list, bringing this failed experiment in voter suppression to an end,” said Andre Segura, legal director for the ACLU of Texas.

“The right to vote is sacrosanct, and no eligible voter should have to worry about losing that right. We are glad that the state has agreed to give up this misguided effort to eliminate people from the voter rolls, and we will continue to monitor any future voter purge attempt by the state to ensure that no eligible Texan loses their voice in our democracy.”

actually, we do and have had it for quite some time. and it contains a hellova lot more than that. you would be surprised what it contains. 'Ed' is not in trouble for lying, he is in trouble for truthing.

but the left will never allow it to be used where it makes sense, but will use it when it furthers their agenda.

Clarification needed.
