Can't understand why Jeb would want to address Donald Trump.

Trump is pointing out the extreme prejudice waged against him by the media and formerly trusted DOJ and its agencies. The least he could do, given the apparent in your face corruption of the DOJ and state media.
Say what you want about Trump, but he was the master of branding people.

Jeb is one of those ‘go-along, get-along’ Republicans that Democrats say they love, but would never vote for. Definitely not a fighter and his pro-illegal alien viewpoints (i.e. ‘compassionate conservatism’) are a real turn-off. Wouldn’t vote for him if he was on my ballot and certainly couldn’t care less about how he feels about this topic, or any topic for that matter.
That was the least of my issues with HW Bush. Remember the Iran Contra scandal and how he pardoned people to save his behind and stop the investigation. That alone was enough to end the Bush dynasty. Jeb should know better.
I don't think JEB! should be poking that sleeping dog. He should just let Trump rant on because as we have seen there is often truth behind even Trumps most outlandish off the cuff comments.
I'm sure that every President has done some shady things and asking or defending the accusations just might inspire someone to get digging and we might not like what they find. Of course when it comes to Trump they all have been digging with backhoes trying to get the dirt and they have for the most part come up empty.
*Pitiful excuses (The FBI Planted the documents; there were no documents; they are MY documents),
*Pathetic whines (everyone hates me and is out to get me; the world is making up hoaxes against me; don't they know I'm the 45th disgraced and defeated insurrectionist POTUS & the Oval Office is at Mar-a-Lago), and
*Paltry & phony whataboutisms (all presidents before me including George HW Bush did it tooooooooooooooooooo),
Trump concocts, the simple truth is: He stole them, He hid them, He lied about them.
And this is another thread which has been hijacked to disparage anyone who dares oppose Trump the tyrant.
