U.S. District Judge Dismisses Trump Lawsuit Against Hillary Clinton
On Sept. 8, 2022, U.S. District Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks dismissed a lawsuit brought by former President Donald Trump against Hillary Clinton, former FBI Director James Comey, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), and others that alleged that they executed a plan to spread disinformation about his campaign during the 2016 presidential election. Trump accused Clinton and others of working together to disseminate false information to the American public that his campaign colluded with Russia to help him win the election “all in the hopes of destroying his life, his political career[,] and rigging the 2016 [p]residential [e]lection in favor of Hillary Clinton.”
In the 65-page ruling, Middlebrooks found that Trump’s lawsuit lacked structure, substance, and legal support, and wrote that Trump “is seeking to flaunt a two-hundred-page political manifesto outlining his grievances against those that have opposed him, and this Court is not the appropriate forum.”
Its Karma. The FBI fumbled things up during the 2016 election. Stopped then restarted the HRC investigation and made that fact public which never happens. In 2020 the feds messed up again this time benefiting Biden. This Hunter Laptop stuff. So the laptop is real. What proof is there besides Hunter is a piece of crap. Is there a smoking gun connecting Joe Biden?
But I thought it was Dominion voting machines or ballots being sent in the middle of the night. Or "fake" floods in precincts. Got to pick a lane. Its like all the investigations regarding Trump. Its all over the place. That is why I don't believe any of this garbage from either side.
And the problem is Trump decided it was voter fraud as soon as he lost. Even before that. Stop the steal is from 2016. They were ready to claim voter fraud during the 2016 campaign. But Trump won so it was put away until 2020

The FBI did not say the laptop was Russian disinformation as Fox claimed. They said it had all the earmarks of one, which it did. Then they went on to explain why given the vast amount of other interference Russia was slinging at us at the time.

Maybe instead of spending all your time trying to dig up dirt on your opponent's children, Republicans ought to focus on the bigger issues, like 70% of the Republican party who still think the election was stolen from them with zero proof except for the word of the orange psychopath they worship who lies about everything.

what do you wanna bet Democrats claim the 2022 mid-terms were stolen and illegitimate when the Republicans take control of Congress next month.
No. He didn't. And had the FBI not interfered, and had the media done it's job and investigated rather than willingly believe the nonsense about Russian disinformation, who knows. If it was Don Junior's laptop, you bet your life they would have all been investigating, no matter what these FBI guys said.
I have seen quite a few October surprises in my lifetime, but this is the first time that I have ever seen one squashed by the FBI in collusion with the media in order to get one of the candidates elected.
And maybe Biden would have still won. Maybe Trump would have won. We will never know, because there was interference in our election. What's the difference which government interferes in our election when they do it this way? Why is this any better than Russian interference? Aren't they both a threat to democracy?
And, the difference between the FBI interfering here and Comey in 2016 is that Comey wasn't trying to get Trump elected. I don't think any democrats believe that. Do you guys? But THIS was clearly intentional. It was planned and executed. That makes all the difference in the world.
