President Donald Trump has responded after the Democrats’ Jan. 6 Committee officially issued a subpoena for him to testify before Congress.
Trump has reportedly said that he will accept the subpoena and is happy to testify, provided he can do it on live TV.
According to reports, Trump will agree to testify but doesn’t want the Democrats and their allies in the media to selectively edit his video testimony to make him look bad.
If this is accurate, Trump is calling the bluff of the insurrectionists on the J6 committee. I doubt they have the courage to allow him to testify unfiltered. They want his testimony behind closed doors, so they can cherry pick and selectively edit all the other "evidence" collected during this sham investigation and show trial.
I hope they call his bluff. I'd love to see him lie under oath, because he is incapable of telling the truth and will continue to spew out lie after lie.

How do you cherry pick "I take the fifth" four hundred times.

Right? I can't imagine he ran that idea by a lawyer.
