Ben Shapiro said in response to this today that they want to tell us about the future yet can't see past 42 minutes into the future themselves.

Nope. I also think that with their plans to trespass and glue their carcasses to the floor in protest of whatever, they should have anticipated all their needs and brought their own provisions. Maybe next time they should glue themselves to potty chairs they bring with them. And bring jackets, flashlights and their own food and water so they can protest without making demands on the owners.
Didn't some other activists glue themselves to a wall or floor at a museum somewhere recently? As others have already said, leave them there. Let them tear off their skin removing themselves from whatever they stuck themselves to. If it's too painful, tough sh*t. Let them stay stuck.

I'm willing to bet that the exhibit hall has a restroom available for their guests. And I'll also bet that the heat is turned on during normal business hours, for the comfort of their visitors. It's not Volkswagen's fault if the protesters rendered themselves unable to use the provided facilities, or chose to remain on the premises after normal business hours.
