Oh, Harding was an even bigger crook than Nixon and did tons of harm. Then there was the last oil baron puppet before this one - McKinley. Take a look at some of our pre-depression political history and Carter just looks like a well-meaning fool by comparison. At least he doesn't have blood and massive fraud on his hands.
