A difference of opinion does not mean one party is lying.

OK, so this was indirect criminal contempt. Now what were the other citations?

Give it a rest. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

Perhaps not. Holder pleaded executive privilege. Bannon cannot.

And the court denied Obama's executive privilege. Holder was in criminal contempt over a national crime that Americans died and it affected our national security and he was protecting President Obama.

Lois Lerner also held in contempt for the IRS scandal for protecting Obama and another Obama judge Ronald Machen at the DOJ refused to pursue criminal contempt.

Again, the law doesn't apply the same for Democrats.

Both the same thing. Republicans learned from the democrats.

DC is basically a factory town. Government employees or those who make their living dealing with government want to keep their money train going along with some status they derive. They just don't need their favorite politicians in power they need institution working as-is. Any perceived threat to the status quo is a threat to them.

That's why many of the verdicts and sentencing are indeed bias because in their minds they are protecting the status quo ie the factory.

January 6 isn't a show trial, America has been presented the evidence, it's time for the Department of Justice to act.

Sure 31 democrats objecting to the vote in one state is the same as 139 house members and 8 senators objecting in 2005. Not one senator supported the objections in 2005 which is a requirement. Cruz and Hawley took to the floor to ask that the election certification, but sure it’s the same.

147 does not equal 31.
