This has nothing to do with guns and everything to do with the culture of large American cities in 2022.
Chicago's level of homicides still tracks much lower per-capita than Milwaukee, Detroit, St. Louis, Kansas City even with 9 homicides in 12 hours and 12 homicides over the weekend.
Wow, by the end of the weekend at least 57 shot in Chicago and a whopping 12 homicides.
Then this morning bullets were flying at a crowded Greyhound bus station in downtown Chicago.
The violence was not just shootings, a tremendous amount of robberies over the weekend in affluent sections of Chicago where homes are millions of dollars.
Chicagoans must be happy with the violence, they keep voting these people into office. (Northsiders actually don't care if anybody dies on the Southside. They constantly tell people that they live on the good side, safe side and love it there, these are the typical liberal types that vote the Dems in).

Let's see if these Northsiders will still sing the same song if the Southsiders decide to visit their territory.
This could all be greatly reduced easily. You'll always have some crime, it's just the way things works, but what is happening now across the country is ridiculous.
This silly soft on crime social experiment has proven to be dangerous and needs to be reversed.
