Don't you know? If Biden had gotten his whole BBB (which Manchin said he wouldn't do anyway) then all that sloshing around money would have made inflation better somehow!

Instead, by occurring a year later and cut by 2/3, it's going to reduce inflation...unless you're a budget-scorer or economist.
