That is the main issue isn't it. We have people in this country that claim to be in favor of the "migrants". They want to help them, they do not care if they are Illegal Aliens because "no human is Illegal" as they say BUT what happens when 50 are flown to your island, 100 are dropped off in your town, 1000 or even 10,000 walk across the Border and into your town?
Mass. is far from the Border and many of our citizens are Liberals with Big Hearts for the downtrodden but when it comes right down to it they know that the Open Border is a huge problem.
I think they are finally starting to realize this with more and more crimes being reported where the violent criminal drug dealer is an Illegal Alien. The Liberals are now realizing that Housing, Feeding, Clothing, Educating the kids and the list goes on and on in order to hand these Illegal aliens their American dream is very expensive. These are the same types that will champion for the Rights of the "migrants" but as we saw on Martha's Vineyard NOT IN MY BACKYARD. They Deported the 50 in less than 48 hours...
Election day is fast approaching and Question 4 on the ballot has us voting to hand Driver Licenses to Illegal Aliens. The Democrats voted it in, sent the Bill to the Governor, he vetoed it, the Dems had the numbers to overrule him and then the People caught wind of it and we went on a signature drive to get the question on the ballot. We will know on November 8th if Mass. is lost.

I think you are correct about out Elected Elite using these "migrants" as political pawns. We all know what is coming, they will be given Green cards and a highway to citizenship and ultimately a Vote.
I do believe that the average Democrat and the average Republican do have Big Hearts. I think we can all feel for the "migrants" that are risking it all for a better life. Reps want to help but they also want the "migrants" to follow our immigration laws. The Dems are willing to ignore our laws and slap the faces of the Immigrants that came here Legally.
I think deep down they want to help people but the reasons may vary from real empathy to virtue signaling. Of course it is really telling when those that are shouting the loudest about the Rights for the Illegal Aliens open their wallets to help but they do not open their doors and instead usher the Illegals out of site and to someone else's backyard.
That is why what Desantis and Abbott are doing by shuttling the Illegals to supposed Sanctuary places is such a brilliant move. They are making people notice that this is a crisis beyond the Border states.

Anybody looking at the demographics of any school in Texas will see 90&% of them have at least a third of the kids do not speak English. And it's been that way for the last 25 years.

Well, I’m in the Pacific Northwest and we’ve received thousands of illegals and they are given priority on the very… VERY limited affordable housing over American WITH American kids, of ALL Colors.

The 50 Illegals that were dropped on MV were treated to safe shelter, food, bathrooms, clothing and they were taken on "field trips" to the mall where they were free to spend the gift cards we gave them on anything they wanted. One guy didn't make it back to the bus on time so he roamed around, found a bar, had some beers, listened to the band and when they closed the Police gave him a ride back to the base where they were being housed. What a kind welcome for people that willingly broke our Immigration Laws.
How about NYC that has set up that tent city with everything the "migrants" need including snacks and video games.
The 100 that were dropped off in Plymouth without much notice have been set up in a Hotel. How many homeless Americans would love to have a hot shower and a safe warm bed to sleep in provided to them?
Helping people is one thing but stepping over people that are already down and out in the gutter is just plain wrong especially when those people you are rushing to help are Illegal Aliens.
I wonder how many "migrants" would come if they knew that the red carpet that Biden has put down for them doesn't lead to having their dreams fulfilled but instead goes right to skid row where they will be sleeping on the ground and eating out of a dumpster?

Many get paid under the table thus committing tax evasion. Others use stolen IDs, thus committing ID theft. Then there are the ones who use fake SSNs. Sometimes those fake SSNs belong to a living person who, like the ID theft victim, gets put into a world of hurt.
