New Texas congresswoman Myra Flores, an Hispanic woman was denied membership in an all Democrat Hispanic caucus.

Wait, I though race and gender were everything.

Never mind.

Its similar to how Asians are no longer people of color and they loathe black conservatives. If you are not a victim subscribing to their cult they have no "tolerance" for you.

It's political party first.

And the Dems claimed the Hispanics and Blacks so they are treating her as a traitor to the Dem party.

In the sub-title: "The Congressional Hispanic Caucus bylaws explicitly block Republicans from joining..."

Is that prohibition new, in some way? Otherwise, I'm not seeing the real story here. Further into the article:

...in the 1990s, differences over the U.S.’s Cuba policy led to a fissure between the group’s Republican and Democratic members. The Republicans led by Rep. Mario Díaz-Balart, R-Florida, left to form the similarly named Congressional Hispanic Conference in 2003...

So each team has a club for Hispanics. Silly, but there we are.

Perhaps she could just join the white caucus.

Maybe the new Hispanic GOP congresswoman can't read. Or confused "Caucus" and "Conference".

One thing is absolutely certain - this is not a calculated ploy! Honest mistake! Politicians never knowingly do something that will rile up the base!

She is among the minority of Hispanics that are Republican. Most Hispanics are Democrat and their ethnic, tribal mentality agenda is clear. No surprise that they are rejecting her.
