I don't think the police have ever said the front door was unlocked.
The funniest thing of all is the attacker was an illegal immigrant from Canada who should've been deported a long time ago.

With three police officers showing up at the door (within 2 minutes), to include a sergeant, Joe Rogan should be able to get one of them on his Joe Rogan Show. That would be a great interview.

I find it interesting they know the motive but won’t release it to the public yet, per the press conference yesterday.
They did say he was waiting for Nacy Pelosi. His facebook posts indicate he bought into a number of conspiracy theories such as Covid Vaccine being deadly, Jan 6 committee being a farce, global elites taking control of your money. Another reason social media companies need to be careful.
He was crazy and heavily influenced by social media.
The last I heard, the police have said the motive is not known and they are s\still investigating. Do you have a link to an update?
That is my understanding too. The police have access to all of his online postings. Per the media, Pelosi was never mentioned.
