The hammer may also be a gavel. Earlier posts have suggested the hammer was a Stanley brand. It’s possible the hammer/gavel had a marking of P.P. On the handle, which would indicate that it wasn’t David’s.
We still don’t know why David was considered a friend or known acquaintance of Paul’s. The 9-11 operator reminded the 3 police headed that way that Paul knew David.
Also, Normally meth heads don’t trek up to the hilly Pacific Heights neighborhood at 2:30am. Maybe he took Uber but Uber doesn’t let you ride in your underwear.

That photo shows glass on the outside and on the inside. The shattered glass fell straight down as one would expect.
Only having a close look at the impact site would tell which direction the blow came from. It would not be unreasonable to drive the hammer through the pane, getting it stuck in the hole, then pulling the then cracked glass outward with the hammer. Laminated glass can behave in this way. This is just a possible scenario that might explain why the glass fell toward the intruder.

Fair points, yes. Good thing Pelosi’s house is loaded with security cameras so everyone can see what time David arrived (to party or assault or create mayhem).

Technically it was 2:30am. And it’s strange the Pelosi knew David’s name, but that will come out when the police body cameras are released. Only this time we’ll get 3 camera footages vs 1 for Paul’s DUI this summer.
Did they ever discover who his passenger was when he totalled two vehicles due to being drunk behind the wheel?
1. His QAnon conspiracy theories.
2. His hatred of BLM. His racist, anti-semitic views. Most MAGA are white supremacists, and this guy is no exception.
3. His anti-science views. He doesn't believe in climate change and is against public health policies to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Typical of most MAGA.
I could go on, but I think that is more than enough to conclude beyond any doubt that he is a MAGA.
