I read Politico, they said in that article that an unknown person opened the door for the police. It could not have been either Pelosi or DePape, since they were said to have been found sitting next to each other with DePape holding Pelosi's arm.
Much of this confusion about the facts could be satisfied if the police released the bodycam footage.
no, the cops body cams certainly showed depape wrestling the hammer free and swinging it twice at pelosis head after someone opened the door for the cops and yelled 'and....action!'
Media often gets things wrong and have to retract the story. It also happened with local station KTVU and their story on DePape being in his underwear. It happens. It does not make it a lie or part of a conspiracy. Spoiler alert - Fox has got things wrong in the past,too.

Bottom line is, this mentally ill man's drug addicted, nudist degenerate lifestyle was enabled by the far left politicians in his state.
He was a homeless couch surfer from the sounds of it. I'd still like to know how he managed to get to Pelosi's house and how he managed to get past the electronic security system.
The interesting thing is that it sounds as though the security guy, who patrols the neighborhood for some of the residents, apparently saw a shadowy dark figure near the Pelosi's house before he heard what sounded like loud banging on a door followed by sirens in the distance about 2 minutes later.
This story is bizarre. I do think they should release bodycam footage, the 911 call and surveillance video.

no, they curiously did not. we only have the officers statements which were all spelled out in the charging document (save the "and ... action" part)
since the cops are ONLY claiming pelosi was struck AFTER someone opened the door and the 2 people (depape and pelosi) were across a rather large room it seems this bodycam footage - which they insist exists and was working etc etc - would make this a slam dunk for SFs new DA.

So you just pick and choose which media accounts are correct, and disparage anyone who read an earlier account, from a different media source?
We do not have the facts, and for you to think you have them and everyone else is wrong, is silly. How about you just acknowledge that we do not have the facts. If you want to link to things other media outlets are claiming, that's fine. But do not disparage others because you claim to have found a different source, and want to sit on your high horse and pass judgement on others.

We are on the eve of the midterms. Nancy is the target of many attack ads to rile up the base....this has been central to their campaign efforts and quite successful for what they are trying to achieve. So this story throws a wrench into that strategy..so the solution...create a cloud of doubt about what happened to distract from what actually happened. This is strictly political and if the shoe were on the other foot...the dems would probably be doing the same thing. To me this thread is ridiculous but it is doing what it supposed to be doing.
