Kash Patel pleaded the Fifth before the Grand Jury in October when he was asked questions about Trump and Mar-a-Lago. The DOJ has decided to accommodate him and grant him immunity in exchange for his testimony. No date has yet been set yet for him to testify again. He will be the first one of Trump's inner circle to testify.

Wasn’t he the guy who claimed he heard Trump say he’d declassified the material? We probably won’t see it from the outside, but it would be interesting if he has the same testimony under oath and with immunity.

He could have been. He was mentioned in the affidavit that was released in August. He knows things first hand.

I'm kinda thinking that "Chief of Staff to the Acting Secretary of Defense" might be a job where a security clearance is necessary.

I hope so. Maybe HE has the documentation that shows Trump declassified everything (even though that still doesn’t explain why he illegally took the documents out of Washington and took them for a spa vacation)….
On one hand, we have clear evidence of an insurrection attempt by the media, dems, doj and they are held above prosecution for treason and espionage.
then we have rumors, lies, false warrants, misleading information employed to create some obscure charge to arrest a former president to keep him from running in 2024.
