They should concentrate on an “all of the above” energy strategy that includes fossil fuels (*gasp*) and renewables. Not sure how much they can accomplish with Joe Biden holding the veto pen, but to me, this could be a true bipartisan winner that Democrats have refused to act on because of “climate change.”

They should also make an honest effort on border security, but again with Joe Biden and the “adults in the room” who encourage and condone illegal immigration, I’m not sure how much they can achieve there.

(1) Reverse all restrictions on fossil fuels implemented during the Biden administration.
(2) Repudiate and block any WEF plans or ideas.
(3) Finish the border wall and expand the VISA programs if more immigrants are needed for our economy.

prosecute the crime of insurrection!!!

Arrest the FBI leadership and dems who participated in the cabal to overthrow Trump along with media heads.

Insurrection is a crime and a threat to democracy. If the foundation of our government is attacked it must be rectified!

That was not blood sport politics which may be ignored...the actions of schiff, nadler, schumer, hrc, wray, comey, et al was a crime!

The energy industry is a the foundation of our economy and would bring relief to our country, western europe and result is lower global emissions than the current administration policies produce.

The law does not require that asylum applications be made at an embassy. From 8USC1158:
(a)Authority to apply for asylum
(1)In general
Any alien who is physically present in the United States or who arrives in the United States (whether or not at a designated port of arrival and including an alien who is brought to the United States after having been interdicted in international or United States waters), irrespective of such alien’s status, may apply for asylum in accordance with this section or, where applicable, section 1225(b) of this title.

Stay in Mexico requires the cooperation of Mexico. If Mexico refuses to accept asylum seekers, there's nothing the US can do. One reason it is difficult to deport aliens is that the country they are being deported to must agree to accept them. For example, Venezuela, until recently, refused to accept Venezuelans deported from the US, so they had to remain here.

If ATF is eliminated, who will enforce the alcohol, tobacco, firearm, and explosives laws, and make all of the regulations related to those laws? I haven't seen that BATFE is egregious at all, and I would bet that I've been involved with gun culture far longer than you.

There's no evidence that either DoJ or the FBI manipulated election results, other than the pathetic attempts by some Trump officials to do so.

That's a clear violation of the 1st Amendment. I would much prefer that the IRS revoke the tax exempt status of any church that advocates for a specific candidate, which is already the law.

You can't discount every vote from a state. That's ridiculous on its face.

Having an "all of the above" option when you can select multiple choices throws off the results.

I selected everything but 'all of the above' and the 3 strikes thing. We need a more individualized approach, not a blanket policy. We do need some mechanism to ensure that the individualized approach isn't abused for ideological reasons, but that's more about accountability for judges than anything else. Some people are legitimately unlucky or their crimes don't warrant permanent incarceration.

I'd also like to see a more rehabilitative approach than punitive. That's a different discussion and one that's hard to have, as people see very different paths on how to accomplish that goal and even what the goal actually is.

As for congress, it's a tough call. On one hand, I'd really like to see some real accountability for all the shenanigans which have been taking place over the last 15 years or so and really ramped up in the last 6, but on the other hand, I don't want ours to be a country where we jail opposing politicians. That action will ALWAYS be seen as political, regardless of the crimes, unless and until the People can realign not only their understanding of what our government is and it's role, but also their moral foundations. We're not going to agree on much of anything if we can't agree on what's fundamentally right or wrong.

It's not going to happen, but it'd also be nice if we could see some genuine attempts at unification. I'm not talking about the "no more malarkey" kind, but the kind where politicians don't denigrate their opponents, they acknowledge that there are valid points being made by all sides, don't politicize every little thing and actually try to find compromises which satisfy all interested parties. You know, something resembling the jobs they were elected to do.

Voting procedures are a state controlled process and no evidence of clear cheating has been identified so what will you change?

So if I understand you correctly anyone who does follow the far rights ideology is a "liberal" and should be fired, reminds me of some former and current regimes where freedom of speech is stifled.

Defamation laws, what wrong with them? Or is hate speech, threats and derogatory speech to become everyday acceptable? Oh wait dissenting views are to be silenced as you want to fire liberals and turn off those stations which won't repeat the echo chamber story line so loved by the MAGA followers.

No justification to revoke licenses, you not liking the truth/opposing opinions is not a valid reason. Do what everyone else does to avoid what they think is garbage change the channel to turn off Fox, OAN and the rest of the click-bait news sources, there problem solved....

There have been no significant new restrictions on fossil fuels. The border wall was a failed attempt to address immigration but I agree we should expand Visas.

What is WEF?

The number of election irregularities is minimal, despite the plaintive mewlings of those who were heartbroken when their orange God lost the last election. No one has proved any real issues with the last election, despite filing dozens of Federal lawsuits, all of which were dismissed.

Who determines what the definition of "liberal people in important positions" is? I would assert that voting for any candidate that supports the "MAGA" effort is proof positive of mental illness, and those people should be disqualified from holding any sort of public position.

There's nothing wrong with the defamation laws, especially with respect to public figures.

CNN does not have an FCC license, since it doesn't broadcast over the airwaves. PBS itself, in the form of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, does not have an FCC license either. The individual PBS member stations have licenses, but if they were revoked, the programs would be streamed over the internet, which is not regulated by the FCC. If revoking "licenses" like that were possible, then Fox News would be revoked, and many of its presenters imprisoned for stupidity.

None of the above.

Do anything/something to reduce the size AND cost of the federal government. Not have it grow less quickly than the porkers planned, but make it smaller and less expensive than it was in 2022, even just one dollar or employee.

Just one year. if they did that AND ONLY that, they'd have smaller gov cred for a decade, and we all get one year where government spending falls behind inflation for once.
