Lake is a HUGE believer in the lie that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump. We CAN'T let this psycho be elected.

Mail in voting isn't going away. However, I expect this will pass:

She wants to eliminate voting methods used by 90% of the people? Is she a freaking moron lol. That should be a real winning position.

90% of the people use early voting? Wow. You're as misinformed on this as you are everything else.

Re-read the link OP provided.

It states 90% use either early voting or mail-in ballots.

Here's what it said:

Quote:
Republican Arizona gubernatorial nominee Kari Lake signaled Sunday that she would support slashing early and mail-in voting, methods of casting ballots that were used by nearly 90% of the state’s voters in the 2020 election.
OK, so I was a little unfair to you. The article says "nearly" 90% but you said 90%. The bigger problem with the article (and your claim) is that 90% vote by mail or by early voting. That's not true in any normal election, but it probably was true in the rigged 2020 COVID election.

Sounds like she wants to suppress the vote. What difference does it make if there is early voting. Voting should be made easier not harder.

There's plenty of data by state on how people voted in 2020 vs previous years. I don't have time or interest enough to sift through it to debate it. Ninety percent seems high to me, but I assume its related to a large number of retirees in AZ which included Republicans.

The fact remains that once you give people something, they don't like it when you take it away so it seems like a stupid move to me.

FL has had mail in voting for years without a problem. Most of this is just nonsense from R's to bolster their election denying imo.

I know the media wants to get clicks but is kinda disingenuous.

From her quote printed in the article: “Our constitution says Election Day. It doesn’t say election season, election month. And the longer you drag that out, the more fraud with problems there are,” Ms. Lake said on ABC’s “This Week.” “I don’t know exactly how we’ll do it, but we will secure our election, restore faith in our elections, make sure our elections are honest and transparent.”

Then the reporter writes: GOP’s Kari Lake suggests early, mail-in voting on the chopping block if elected Arizona governor.

LMAO! That's a lie. She used the word WE because this is a Arizona legislative power and Arizona court issue. To say she will chop mail in voting by herself is a lie. This is bad reporting. They accused Governor Kemp and Georgia Republicans of the same tactics with more secure voting laws and voting I.D. laws.

This is how Democrats lie. Hobbs is going to lose and this is what the come up with. LMAO!
