Funny how you once again deflect from answering a question. If it’s not being taught why are Dems furious it’s being banned?

Those are a small list of schools that teach it for those that want it taught to their children.

That’s because you’re okay with teaching children that everything the way it is today because all white folks were racist, which is absurd…but at least you admit it’s being taught.

As for the hotline being "shut down", it seems as if it was being shut down because of another democratic effort to try and muddle up the intention and then complain how the Governor isn't doing what they want.

Remember the "Journalist" that called for people to tie up the Virginia Child Protective Services because a Republican Senator said Happy Columbus Day, and then complained that they were supposedly on hold for hours?

Journalist ties up Virginia child abuse hotline trying to report a senator for wishing happy Columbus Day (racist, free speech)
You're all over the place, try to stay on topic.

You don't have any examples of a school teaching CRT and neither does the hotline, I'm not surprised. Just admit that this was just political grandstanding by Youngkin since he needed to do something after the election to show he was serious.

Yes some people used the line to get attention for meaningful shortcomings like special ed, I found that both funny and sad.

This was so serious that the parents couldn't contact the school board or admin, they needed to go to the governor's office, come on.

We all saw it for what it was--a culture war talking point that gets the rabid riled up. It will be another subject/topic next cycle. Wash, rinse, repeat.
Yep.

Turns out telling people "They're coming for the chilluns" is very effective at scaring parents. Who would have guessed lol.

Republicans........a party now so shameless they use peoples children to frighten them

More likely CRT was never being taught in the first place and was just a pandering issue to get votes from white folks. Do you have any evidence that it was being taught somewhere in primary grades or other than college level programs?

Were they so gullible or were they informed?

Youngkin must be some sort of pied piper extraordinaire to have won a state wide election.

Opportunity was taken by the left and its state media to counter Youngkin's claims and somehow the democrat machine, mcauliffe, biden and super star and world's greatest orator, obama, were unable to convince parents otherwise.

yep CRT was a product of repub imagination. That is why......Va. educators called on Youngkin to rescind his critical race theory ban. Ban something they now claim never existed.

Unlike pelodi who surrounded the capitol with 25K troops to fight off an imaginary army.

Youngkin sets up a hotline, after he bans CRT. if the ban is effective, then the complaints will drop off dramatically. Almost like a 'comments' section where anybody can spew irrelevant stream of consciousness rants. served its purpose, diminishing returns, ended. good business practice.

Remember when obama admin set up a hotline..whitehouse.gov..... to turn in friends and family who were opposed to obamacare??????? that didn't last long and there were many who opposed legislation passed w/o reading or understanding its complexity.
Crt was not being taught. You can't ban something that didn't exist. Great talking point though to get him elected.

If it wasn’t being taught why are Dems so furious it’s being banned? I’ve already proven to you that it it’s being taught and you and said you don’t know what the uproar is about.

And I told you your article didn't even mention Virginia. So no, crt is not being taught. But private schools can do whatever they want and that's what the article was about. Democrats aren't mad about the ban. They are mad at the lies

Never said it did. It was an article of private schools teaching CRT for parents that want it taught. Youngkin got that garbage out of Virginia and Dems are furious it’s being banned. Why do you continue to deflect from the question that if it’s not being taught that Dems are so furious?

No "dems" aren't furious about it being banned. They are frustrated about the lying. Youngkin did nothing about nothing. Curriculum wasn't changed at all in Virginia, nothing was reported, nothing was rectified. It's really easy to say you took out the trash when no trash existed. The usual fools will believe anything, though, so we've proven that lying reall works with a certain segment of our populace. But erieguy, you seem so well versed on what goes on in Virginia schools, like you know something personally. Maybe you are a teacher here or a parent of a student here and you have much better examples you can point to?

Sounds like you’re in favor of it, and no reason to be upset about it being banned if it isn’t being taught
