Stewart Rhodes the leader of the Oath Keepers took the stand made wild claims about the 2020 election being unconstutional. Rhodes is really delusional worst thing he could have done was take the stand too bad federal courts don't allow cameras.

He claims his weapons stash was to fight off antifa if they attacked the Whitehouse.

Does he believe he's some type of junior G-man or Mighty Mouse come to save the day?

Stewart Rhodes, the leader of the Oath Keepers militia, took the witness stand at his seditious conspiracy trial on Friday, telling the jury that after the 2020 election he was afraid that leftist protesters might physically drag President Donald J. Trump out of the White House and that he hoped Mr. Trump would mobilize his far-right group to come to his aid.

He might have done better to supply a few material witnesses and leave the talking to the lawyers. He tripped over his tongue Big Time here.

Hopefully some jail time with his room mate Bubba might give Rhodes a chance to reflect on disrespecting the courts and his feelings that the election was unconstitutional. Just because you feel something doesn't make it so.

Our courts including the SCOTUS said there was zero, zip, nadda evidence of wide spread voter fraud that would have changed the outcome of our election. Rhodes is just another stupid is as stupid does victim of lies and conspiracy theories. He's ruined his life following feelings vs facts, and that is 45 degrees below stupid.

If Trump wins again in 2024 and pardons all of these losers that engaged in seditious behavior, it is still an admission of guilt and will haunt them all till their dying day.

Rhodes is looking at 20 years on the Seditious Conspiracy count alone, and that is just one of the things he was indicted for. I wonder if he will attempt to get a plea deal before his sentencing?

That Yahoo link said he told the jury "I support the right to riot," Rhodes testified, before correcting himself to say, "I support the right to protest."

Exactly. Freudian slip, and he said what he meant the first time.

In the meantime, the Prosecution has rested.
