Who says ICE hasn't spoken with him? An annonymous source?
Oh okay.
Yeah, so take it for what its worth. BUT, the one making the claim, is a former high ranking ICE officer with obviously plenty of actual contacts in the department. But be that as it may, it should be elementary to get ICE to confirm that they have or have not tried to get and been denied access

It's already been officially determined that he was in the country illegally.
Considering the gravity of his new criminal charges, that go WAY beyond overstaying a visa/green card, what possible interest would ICE have to interview him at this point?
They know already he's here illegally.
What else do they need to know, from the perspective of ICE?
Until the media and the SF police release the body cam footage Im going to assume that Paul picked up the assailant on some gay escort site. It’s the only scenario the makes any sense.

Well, you do you.
And the rest of us will move forward.
Your scenario is totally unproven, but as a private citizen who is not at all involved in the process of prosecuting him, you can hold whatever opinions you would like to.

SanFran police and ICE don’t get along anyways. Look at the illegal that stabbed the young woman on the pier with her dad. That illegal was deported multiple times and SanFran doesn’t care about illegals, look at the closing Walgreens due to high crime. Again, San Fran doesn’t care.

Um, no.
He's a nutcase, who was very vulnerable to misinformation on both sides. The last set of misinformation he believed, was right wing garbage that compelled him to break into the Pelosi home and hammer an old man in the head while trying to kidnap Nancy Pelosi.
The criminal justice system owes you zero information, before this crime is adjudicated.

Project veritas seems up to the challenge. One of the three junior cops that responded (in under two minutes) will start talking at some watering hole.
