This isn't some old video dug up, this is what the Democrats are saying RIGHT NOW behind closed doors.

They are intentionally letting criminals run rampant, this is being done intentionally

They might not have defunded the police the way but they swayed the culture against the police with negative press, commentary, rhetoric etc which in turn motivated alot of police to quit, move, transfer etc leaving some the cities in particular 100s of police short.
