Yup, s/he hasn’t even started hormone therapy yet, so there isn’t even one aspect of “they” that is female.
I see things haven’t changed completely in the pageant world….the losers pretending to be so excited and happy that they didn’t win…
Essentially Brian is just donning female clothing, makeup, accessories. It’s a costume. As a white Anglo, the woke tell me that I shouldn’t wear a kimono, multiple braids, sombrero, etc. because I would be using it as a costume instead of coming from the Japanese, black, Mexican cultures and misappropriating it. So how come it’s not wrong for a bio male to wear a female costume? Isn’t that gender misappropriation? Yeah, yeah, I realize he may think he is female or wants to be female. What if I want to be Japanese? Why is it still wrong for me to wear a kimono?
Every single one of those (REAL) XX chromosomes females should have walked of the stage the second that announced it won. Or, stood united and refused to participate until the mentally ill thing was sent home to the asylum where it came from.
Women have worked way to hard from centuries to get where they are today for some mentally disturbed cross-dressers to start taking it all away from them.
There are ONLY TWO SEXES in this world and God almighty meant for it to stay that way.
Granted, SI, was probably pretty good up to the start of the pandemic but about that year or so, when I had to skip several weeks in the day planner to find a model who didn't look like a short stop for the Detroit Lakers, I stopped by them. After all, they are suppose to be selling a fantasy, not the opportunity that everyone gets a chance to play. By the way, SI had slipped years before that with their photography skill, the models were posed no longer having fun but just standing there,.....but at least they were still good looking models.
Playboy, on the other hand.....yes and no. I was wondering about that the other day in that was the girl next door............always that overly inflated? Like Anna Nicole? Was Chyna, on the 2000 cover, a girl from next door? What was Dita von Teese? Hard to say but basically, as we go into the new century, the covers weren't as fun as they were before. Such as the November 1975 cover of the girl watching the movie or the April 1976 one of the little girl, so to speak, in her playroom with the rabbit or how devestating Lynn Schiller looked on the July 1975 cover.....but her centerfold pictorial was much more calmer.
There is something to be said for sultry such as Patti McGuire appeared on both her 70s covers.
One thing I don't think they lost till perhaps the very end was what made the difference between Playboy and Penthouse. The latter was voyeuristic, the view was peeping in on the model but she was acting like she did not know it. With Playboy, she was almost always looking into the camera, she knew.
Does any of this have anything to do with beauty contests? Probably not except........there is a lot to be communicated with how the model is photographed......but if they forget that they are selling a fantasy, they have lost a lot. I am not going to bother digging deeper into this contest but I have to wonder, did the contestants know anything about posing, about communicating energy to the viewer or was it just "Here I am, take me as I am"?
I haven't perused a copy of Playboy or Penthouse in a period measured in decades but what I do remember in comparison of the two magazines shows them as starkly different. Playboy never showed its models in any sort of sex act. Penthouse was all about that. Playboy utilized models, Penthouse used porn stars. The latter women were undeniably beautiful. Stunningly so. And unlike Playboy Penthouse never interviwed their subjects in depth in the manner Playboy did. Actually delving into personality , interests, turn on and turn offs, educational background etc. Rather Penthouse went straight for the jugular asking things such as "are you Bi" or "have you ever or are you planning on having a threesome and will there be any men involved" Penthouse was/is straight up porn that endeavors to show very un-average women in some pretty raunchy activities. Playboy did/does concentrate on the singular subject model and asks questions designed to give a peek into what their lives are like. The last time I looked at such a publication it was a copy of Penthouse (I forget where) and I couldn't distinguish it from Larry Flynt's Hustler rag. But I have to say Penthouse's models were always a cut above in good looks.
I do believe if Larry Flynt were still around he would be all over getting this he/she beast that won this pageant to do a spread in Hustler. That's the sort of sleaze that varmint was all about. Frighteningly there's obviously a market for such things. I was thinking about whipping up some breakfast till that thought entered my brain. Think I'll stick to coffee for a bit. The emoji queue here doesn't have one that fits what I'm thinking about that. Even the mere mental picture of that is something I'll never be able to unsee.
LOL,thanks to the OP for this...unique...start to my day. I reckon the judges for this contest had to be seriously afraid the cancel culture mob would come after them if they didn't let this mutated hippo win. If this is the future women have to look forward to in terms of what it is to be a woman the end of the world can't come soon enough. If this is what we men are supposed to "evolve" to find attractive in a woman I do believe I'll toss my ticket (and my cookies) and take up drinking again.
I have no idea what that even means in regards to what I wrote.
As for Mrs. Doubtfire, since you said you've never seen the movie, it wasn't about a character trying to believe he was a female. It was a disguise so that he could spend more time with his kids. He was divorced from his wife, (or separated, I don't remember), and wanted to be able to still be around his kids all the time.
So, he put on a disguise. He made himself into a fat, old nanny/caretaker who would watch the kids while the mom was busy with work. He never thought he was a female, he never 'felt' like a female, he never tried to take things from females, he simply wore a disguise as some fat grandma figure to be able to be around his kids as their nanny or babysitter, whatever you want to call it.
It had nothing to do with 'believing' anything about his gender. It was simply a disguise to be able to see his kids. End.

Good points. Certainly agree about who they used for models....just look at Racquel Darrian. Them and Larry Caye of The Latent Image....what an era!
I got out of Penthouse when they started showing urination as part of their photography. Now maybe there is correlation to what we have now....or should be. That is, "Give the public what they want!".....so is what we have now what the public wants?
In the face of this issue, I would say now and it is rather TPTB forcing it down the public throat.......but then again, I believe that TV is absolutely horrible from many different angles and yet, it has not changed back.
So, I really don't know what the public wants.
Curious thing about Playboy and Penthouse is that when Playboy went under, I got a postcard from them saying, since they are gone, they recommended Penthouse since it was the next best thing.....and the two seem so different, picture wise. Shrug, maybe the distribution company was talking instead.

DERRY, NH — After an intense competition, the winner of a local Miss America beauty pageant for a college scholarship was revealed to be the Patriarchy.
Brían Nguyen, the male winner who left twelve female competitors in the dust, accepted his prize on behalf of oppressive, dominating males everywhere. "I'm a beautiful lady! See? I shave my legs and stuff!" growled the 250-pound behemoth of a male. "I'm proud to show the world that men are better at being women than women are. Chalk up one more point for the patriarchy! WOOOOOOOOOO!"
Maybe not in terms of Jesus coming, but definitely in terms of societal collapse.
Death by insanity.

He isn't female and he's sure not attractive, as a member of either sex. But this is part of Upside Down World.
The people who allow and encourage this sort of travesty all need psych evaluations.

Why do those on the left hate real women and want to replace them?
Closet homosexuals who are jealous of, as Popeye used to say, female wimmin?
And where are the great and brave Jane Fondas of the world, when women's sports and women's everything are being destroyed by sick weird woman-hating men who can't make it in the men's world?
