So if she conceded now instead of tomorrow what difference does it make.

At this point, there is no reason for her to concede the House, as they haven't officially hit the majority.
Although, unless there are some serious discrepancies that appear it is all but inevitable.
But when it gets to that point, I don't expect her to concede without making some accusations of Election Fraud, and numerous Democrats lining right up behind her in agreement.
