Exactly. Which is protected speech. Where have you been? This ****s been going on for 15 years at least.

Superpacs only came about because of citizens united. Corps are people and money is speech.

We can’t get money out of our elections because of the Supreme Court. McCain and Feingold tried but overruled by the Supreme Court. Now we’re living with the results.

That's big news, because the liberal media loves to bash crypto.

But it won't make CNN.
Exactly and that same party in power seems to be giving Ukraine more than bullets and bombs without adequate oversight or restrictions on things like money. And they seem to give it without hesitation.

FTX is an investment company, not a pac. Are they a registered foreign agent? There are illegal campaign contributions

Investment firms and/or managers have been sentenced to jail for illegal campaign finance schemes.

The practice might go on but doesn't make it legal or not worthy of investigation.

Bingo. It's very alarming.

Even the locked Wiki page is on it:

Before Bankman-Fried's wealth eroded in November 2022, Bankman-Fried was a major donor to the Democratic Party and many left-wing political causes.[15][16] He was the second-largest individual donor to Joe Biden in the 2020 election cycle, personally donating $5.2 million,[17][18] and donated $40 million to the Democratic Party during the 2022 US midterms elections.[19]

The Dems had a "slush fund" of illegal donations.

Have you seen any actual evidence of this?

They dipped into customer accounts to fund the day-to-day operations of the business and to bail-out a related business that was insolvent, yet had millions to donate to Democrats. He was the second largest donor to the Democrats.

It was the right decision. It comes with problems, but it was the right decision.

Word on crypto twitter is that Biden owes him favors, and that he owes Elon Musk favors. Adds a new dynamic to the DOJ looking into Musk/Twitter.

The FTX crypto slush fund run by now-disgraced Sam Bankman-Fried (and his MIT college buddies) laundered money for Ukraine into nearly $40 million worth of campaign donations for Democrats in the 2022 mid-term elections.

Over the last year, Joe Biden and the Democrats have pushed through well over $50 billion in funding for Ukraine, using US taxpayer money. Internationally, over $100 billion has been donated to Ukraine, according to Devex.com which has compiled worldwide donations and grants to the Ukrainian cause.

Less than one tenth of a percent.

We used to call that decimal dust or a rounding error.

We'll have to wait for the autopsy of FTX to unfold.

As far as investigating illegal campaign contributions there was a guy doing that in LA for a decade or so for the Sauds. He finally made one big mistake, he donated to Trumps inaugeration and was immediately busted. lol.
