See...this is the kind of dishonesty & willful ignorance that messes up the discussion: "He is done now, most of his candidates were totally rejected."

The TRUTH: 90+% of the 350 or so candidates he endorsed, won.
Who else in this Country could have done something like that? And...he just ended the career of Pelosi, one of the Dems strongest players for a long, long time...and put the Republicans in a position to shut down the Democrats and jam them up to a great degree.

And though I think he is too old, has terrible policies that outweigh his good ones, and there are much better choices....he not only isn't "done", he will be tough (not impossible) to beat in the Primary.
And this, after 8 years of the heaviest excision efforts (short of assassination) against him in the history of U S. Politics.

Both "sides" have such a biased and unrealistic view of the other....it really is "Derangement".

90% of Trump endorsed candidates won in those 350 elections? Can you supply a credible link to back up this claim? The operative word of course is credible.

That was a bad decision by that judge as now we will have millions more crashing our border in the near future. We have a Democrat president and they also control congress WTH do you expect the Republicans to do? The decision by that judge will make it even more difficult for the Republicans to do anything. There is nothing that Homeland Security can do about it either. It's Biden and the Democrats that should come up with a solution since they are the ones who caused this crisis. Someone else is suppose to solve it for them. WTH?
You can't rely on a pandemic to address immigration; the constitution allows for asylum.

We are about to see what the republican solution and it better be more than building a wall.

Both parties are worthless but socialists have to defend a lot more seats in 2024. Once people hurt bad enough and realize killing children isn’t a priority and they can’t afford to live well, maybe things will change? Then again, after this **** show, maybe not. LOL

It also looked impossible during Obama and then Trump was elected. The problem for Republicans is mail-in-ballots and ballot-harvesting. A democrat activist can hit one apartment building in Manhattan and within a day have 200 votes in hand that they coached into supporting their candidate or that would not have bothered to vote. The same GOP activist, of which there are basically none, in rural America would have to drive miles and miles to reach the same number of people.

But all this is assuming people want to keep voting Democrat. They sort of didn't want to vote Democrat this year 2022, but there was more of an urge of repulsion to the GOP based on media narratives which are pervasive. Voters chose the crazy they know over the crazy they didn't.

The key going forward is candidate quality, like Ron DeSantis or the governor of New Hampshire. People will vote GOP if the candidate is competent and doesn't talk what they consider to be crazy. Then the ballot harvesters won't matter as much because the person will be able to say no way I am done with the Democrats I'm taking a chance on this other guy.

We are likely past the tipping point of no return. That is sad.
