I know there's some races still out there, though I expect the GOP will take the House.
While Kevin McCarthy is the one gunning hardest for the job, he seems to have enough GOP against him that he might not get enough votes (and the GOP is looking at a narrow margin in the House, should they win it.)
However, I can't think of who else on the GOP side might get enough votes.
Who out there do you think genuinely *could* get voted in as Speaker? (Not who you want--who you think genuinely could get the votes.)

Speaking to NBC News, Nebraska Republican Rep. Don Bacon said he would consider teaming up with Democrats in voting for someone other than McCarthy if the caucus can't secure 218 votes for McCarthy alone

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., suggested on Monday she would support House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., for Speaker and said it would be a "bad strategy" for fellow Republicans to challenge him for the gavel.
Lots of interesting banter in the media. I think it is all talk and that Kevin McCarthy will win.

Nice division in the party, America First (better known as MAGA) vs The GOP (as you called them RINO's). Its no wonder we never see any plans to improve anything because their too busy playing the childish name calling games among other things...
Congressman Andy Biggs announced he will challenge McCarthy for Speaker. There was a test vote yesterday which went 188-31 for McCarthy. It will be interesting what comes out of the Freedom Caucus, especially with it going in trending in the 219-220 seat range.
