A pundit on TV just made an interesting point. Even should Trump win he is like a lame duck from the start. One term and out. That makes him half the candidate of others.
It depends upon the composition of congress. If he is reelected with republican majorities in the House and Senate, then he can absolutely wreak havoc. Also, in the day and age of executive order abuse, I'm not sure lame duck presidential terms exist anymore.

I said the same thing. All among the powers that be will conspire to sabatoge and undermine another Trump presidency. A wise man would see that and not run. Trump is being foolish and dumb, unless he is playing some kind of 4D chess to rile everyone up and then announce at the last minute he is not running.
Now THAT would be a master stroke of GOP strategy. Completely inflame the Democrat voter base and then right before the primary debates begin, drop out and take all the wind out of their sales. :
Not necessarily, it's still on the agenda; but lots of work to do:
"The U.S. Constitution provides the state legislatures authority to propose amendments without the approval of Congress. To make it happen, 34 state legislatures must pass resolutions to call a convention for the states to propose a congressional term limits amendment." https://www.termlimits.com/progress/
Just curious, what do YOU think his accomplishments were, exactly?
He played the third most amount of golf, behind only Woodrow Wilson and JFK. (After he loudly complained constantly on Twitter for years about Obama playing golf, and said that as president he wouldn't have time to play golf, because he'd be so busy constantly winning or whatever.)
He definitely had the most Burger King catered of any president, surely. Probably the most McDonald's and Wendy's, too.
He said he would repeal ACA, campaigned on that, and he didn't do it. He said that the coronavirus would just go away, as soon as it showed up, and that was the basis of our pandemic response initially.
He increased the deficit by a lot, after campaigning on doing the opposite.
He said Mexico would pay for a border wall. It cost Americans billions, and wasn't completed.
He didn't drain the swamp, whatsoever. He didn't lock up Hillary.
He ostracized our allies and made us an embarrassment on the world stage. He sucked up to dictators like Putin, and put America last. Trump always put himself first, and Americans last, especially his dopey ignorant supporters in the flyover states who got him elected.
He pulled out of the Paris climate accord, with no other plan or alternative whatsoever. Just... screw the planet, I guess.
He seems to have accomplished nothing with North Korea and its nukes and missiles, or Iran. He reversed the progress Obama had made with Cuba.
Im guessing youre a Democrat. Just put it this way, Trumps approval rating within his own party is more than any politicans for either party in its recorded history. The only President who had more love and support by his people other than Trump is George Washington.
Doesn't matter what his approval rating is in his own party. You need more than just your party to get you elected. And this is his problem
