We've always had them. They're yellow, I've had one as lomg as I'v had a passport. Any couuntry in the world can refuse you admission if yours is not up to date. In the 50's, they were required for Mexico. About 50 countries currebtley require Yellow Fever vax, last time I showed mine was at Suriname/Guyana border. I've needed it at borders to show Cholera and Smallpox vax.
In Brazil, yellow fever vax cards are checked in buses at state linees -- no vax, get off the bus. There's a trailer there will jab you on the spot. At present, US does not require YF even coming from an endemic area, but a transiting country might.
The vax passport is just the foot in the door for a global ID and tracking especially since going to be digital. That means information shared across numerous networks in different countries.

Why the desire for an additional data base then. The WHO, WEF, Klause, Biden etc want a seperate 'health' data base. Why should someone's health information be readily available to another country or a global organization.

Nost passports now are just portable mirrors of a permanett dossier of every country that scans it. Increasingly, you are also photographed at the border. Whoever said that was done for the benefit of the traveler?
You vax nuts are the worst crazies in the history world. Every time you walk down the street, your body temterature can be measured. Your teeth are a record of your every dental visit, and can uniquely ID tyou. Is your phone turned on? They know which kitchen chair you're sitting in at the table. You think you can cross borders under cover of darkness?
