Looks like the Communist government of China isn't at all averse to enforcing their unpopular laws by violence.

But this seems to be goading normal people in China, into using violence of their own. And as the article points out, the normal people vastly outnumber the enforcers.

Wonder if the "authorities" ever paused to consider that response?

Will we soon see ANOTHER picture of government tanks lining up in the street, facing an unarmed guy with a briefcase?

Violent Protests Erupt at Apple’s Main iPhone Plant in China

Wed, November 23, 2022 at 1:38 AM

(Bloomberg) -- Hundreds of workers at Apple Inc.’s main iPhone-making plant in China clashed with security personnel, as tensions boiled over after almost a month under tough restrictions intended to quash a Covid outbreak.

Workers at the Foxconn Technology Group plant streamed out of dormitories in the early hours of Wednesday, jostling and pushing past the white-clad guards they vastly outnumbered, according to videos sent by a witness to portions of the protest. Several white-suited people pummeled a person lying on the ground with sticks in another clip. Onlookers yelled “fight, fight!” as throngs of people forced their way past barricades. At one point, several surrounded an occupied police car and began rocking the vehicle while screaming incoherently.

The protest started overnight over unpaid wages and fears of spreading infection, according to the witness, asking to remain anonymous for fear of repercussions. Several workers were injured and anti-riot police arrived on the scene Wednesday to restore order, the person added.

In one video, irate workers surrounded a silent, downcast manager in a conference room to voice grievances and question their Covid test results. It wasn’t clear when the meeting took place. “I’m really scared about this place, we all could be Covid positive now,” a male worker said. “You are sending us to death,” another person said.

They are protesting because the government locked down. And they don’t get pay during Lockdown. It has nothing to do with Apple other the factory makes iPhone.

The far left here are obsessed with "capitalism".

The lockdown in china is NOT because of capitalism.

History is littered with examples of 100 people being controlled by just a few. Sure they could go at the guards but the government will make them disappear if they do. Control through fear and eliminating the opposition. It takes a huge majority turning on said government to affect change. These types of governments only allow the media to report their narrative.

White clad guards? More Triads. I was once thought that once the CCP took over HK, the Triads be done for. Many began fleeing to overseas chinese communities. It now seems like they found employment as strike breakers, protest riot control squads.

Edit

Ok they not wearing white Ts but white hazmat suits

Nevermind its not Triads like at HK airports.
