Problem in this case is that the federal government has decided who is and is not an illegal alien. As the president is constitutionally charged with enforcing the law--even laws that he doesn't like--I think there's a solid argument to make that Biden is in violation of this particular law, etc.

If we enforced our laws, there would NOT be such large caseload in the first place!
If someone meets some minimum requirements for claiming asylum, they get admitted. CBP officers don't make asylum adjudication decisions. Those decisions are made in an immigration court by an immigration judge. The law is being enforced, whether you like it or not.

If you were to pull up every case of people admitted to the country, not the ones that got away from CBP, you would see what section of the US Code applies to that particular case. No one is just being admitted for no reason.

In a secured tent city holding area like the one built in NYC LINK

Letting millions of unvetted foreign nationals into the interior of our country is an outright assault on our nation's general welfare.

There are not millions being admitted. There may be millions trying, but many of them have made multiple attempts.

According to you.

That's the number of immigrants who TRIED to cross the border. Very few of them were successful. Millions were tossed back over the border under Title 42 and other rules.

Do you have proof that the Biden Administration is just letting completely undocumented aliens run helter skelter over the country? There have been numerous articles explaining what's happening.

Why does what Gregg Jarrett say matter? I had to search his name just to know who he is...I dont have cable tv, so he was a nobody to me. I love how not having cable ghosts these nobodies for me, w/o having to do too much.

It helps me focus more on the more impotant issues, than what some talking head thinks on tv.

Too much information is a bad thing, if you cant filter it.
