Having giggly Rachel Ray pitch a product would cause me not to buy it, the clothes were probably just an excuse...

You can't even be serious???? Where is the logic in this country? God this pisses me off, it's so ludicrous. What can you expect, paranoia runs rampant around here.

Michelle Malkin has a very different take on the issue in her column, kind of shows the other side of the story concerning Rachel and her hawking of stuff from Urban Outfitters:

Naturally, liberal commentators on the Internet are now up in arms over Dunkin' Donuts' decision to yank the ad and mock anyone who expresses concern over the keffiyeh's symbolism.

It's just a scarf, the clueless keffiyeh-wearers scoff. Would they say the same of fashion designers who marketed modified Klan-style hoods in Burberry plaid as the next big thing?

Yes, she's got a point. I don't know, I still think it's gotten out of hand a little, but that's just me.

Well your in the minority, she is extremely popular and Dunkin Donuts is only one of the many products she has been associated with. She wasn't the one who choose the outfit to begin with.

This is one of the most ridiculous things I've read! This Malkin person must be absolutely off the deep end to make such ridiculous claims. Sad, sad, sad. DDonuts should have just told her to take said scarf and stuff it in her piehole.
